Worst service possible

<p>On 19 August 2016 I placed an order (#19953) with Zasttra.com for one MXQ PRO 1080P 4K HD Smart TV BOX. The site indicated ample stock and a delivery period of 10 to 15 working days. I received a confirmation of my order and send them my proof of payment the next day. I went to the site to get a tracking number to see when it will be delivered, but it is not possible. I tried all their email addresses to get a status of my order, but no responses were received. I called them several times, but you wait your turn in a queue and when you expect to speak to somebody the call is terminated. I got several spam messages since placing my order, but no delivery of my order and still unable to contact them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this a real business or an eloborate hoax?</p>
