WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

7 Months and still no parcel, no assistance, and 1 email reply. The previous order took over 3 months and it was incomplete. This is hands down the worst service i ever received and will NEVER put myself through this experience again, not leaving it here either, they will answer for the inconvenience caused and money ****** from me. I say ****** because i paid for something i never received.
