WORST SERVICE EVER

Zasttra is one of the worst service providers ever. I place an order with them in April 2019. I followed up with them by email to their customer services regarding expected delivery date. My first email they acknowledged and stated that they are flooded with emails but would respond within 1-2 days---to date nothing whatsoever. I followed up with them on a number of occassions---no luck. I guess I have paid for something that will never be delivered. They should be blacklisted
