WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE EVER

<p>I ordered something from Zasstra.com on 29 Sept , after waiting for more than a month I contacted your telephone number and was on hold for 30min, eventually I get to number 1 in line and then I get told the user cant accept any more messages because the mailbox is full and then the call is cut. I then called again, on hold for another 30min and then you give me an excuse that theres only one person on the phone. You told me my good will be delivered on 27 Nov, this day came and went and still nothing received. I contacted you this morning only to get told that you cant trace my package and now need to refund me. SERIOUSLY!!!??? Your Service is the worst, you dont let your customer know whats going on, I did all the running around and for what? For nothing in the end because I didnt get the thing I ordered. And whats even worse, you send me emails to rate the quality of the goods that I have ordered. I dont know if I should laugh at how stupid this is or stay angry. I hope your business crashes and burns to the ground and I will make it my life's mission to prevent other people from using your service.</p>
