Worst online rippoff

Purchased a product from zasttra.I took a month to get here.Once received the product was faulty.I had to then pay to send the item back to Z.I received a mail from Z confirming that they have received my return and if I want a refund or should they reorder my product( All on mail).I chose refund as its well over a month now.I inquire again a week later on my refund.Z replies that they have not received my return.Its been a week 5 days since they responded to my queries now and 2 months since I ordered the faulty item.Worst online experience .
