Wild goose chase for returns
1 - Original item was received 25 days after order. 2 - Original item was incompatible with device it was advertised and purchased for. 3 - Returns process was very complicated, had to advance costs for return shipment, took 2 weeks. 4 - No feedback whatsoever after completing return process. I am now without the product, having paid extra for return shipping, 2 months after the order was placed.

05 Feb 2018, 14:09As of today, I am still battling weekly to get my refund. Every week starts from 0 with a new 'customer hero' taking over the issue and promising payment in the 'next 2 business days'. We are now into month n.3.
