WiFi router order

I ordered wifi router antennas from zasttra online store on the 5/6th march, somehow their ordering system gave me hardships when i got to the payment page and then i decided to just eft the money from my capitec app directly to theirs and little did i know that before i did that i had to complete the order by getting to a page where an order number will be generated however i still couldnt do it cos the payment system of capitec wasnt allowing me since i did not have a smartphone compatible to download the capitec mobile app. So i had to call zasttra and inform them of all this n the call centre agent advised that i forward them the proof of payment n request for repayment but after i had done that they suggested that what about if i reinstate the order since payment is received then i said yes. I thought it was going to be a simple operation.

Payment was done on the 05/03/2018 After numerous calls to zasttra I received an email from Greg Ndlovu on the 07/03/2018 telling about reinstating the order as I was about to cancel.then i received another email from Greg advising that the orders are released during the week,i agreed to go ahead with the order but still nothing happened.then on the 12/03/218 I received an email from Faith Ngcobo apologising of poor service later on she send me another email saying they can't locate my payment while proof of payment was sent.nothing happened on the 13th then on the 14th she send me another email saying she has raised a second follow up with finance.please assist urgently
