Very Bad bad bad service from zasttra

Zasttra disappointed me i ordered my dress month end of july 2018 thinking that my dress will be in before wedding on October 2018, since i waited, when i call them they say my dress is in the way is in transit i called again after the wedding thinking mayb it will arrive they told me to collect to post pffice wen i went to post office there said there is nothing i must wait for sms from couriers, i still didnt receive anything, i requested for my refund on November 2018, since they requested my banking details i gave them, but no refund even now, i sent email everyday no one is responding. I think these people they dont sell anything they just want to rob us our money.
