Utterly disappointed

Will never use Zasstra again!!! They take very long to deliver your products. Communication is terrible, even when I tried tracking my product I couldn't. They only responded to my email after the product was delivered. When I eventually received the product, it was the wrong product, they didn't even bother double checking that it was the correct product being shipped. Queried it 4 days ago, still no response.
