Useless e-Commerce site. Never Use Them Again

I ordered 2 items in Feb 2019. It is now 13 June 2019 and I have not received my items neither have I received a refund. You call and it will ring for 30 minutes without anyone picking up. It says "Your call is at the front of the queue" for the whole half an hour!
