Useless

placed an order online 2 Des, on the 8th I've tried to find out what is happening to my order. eventually get this response, order not filled.... now I'm not getting any answers in what's happening, there on-line support/chat says it's going to take a few hours to respond, well this is now 2 days and no answer, I can't cancel my order or refunded.... and there is no information on the order regarding the seller..... so i don't know what to do...
