USB Converter

Placed an order for a 12v to 5v USB converter on the 22nd of November 2017,which the site showed was in stock and would take 10-15 days to deliver. We now sitting on 22 days since order and I have not recevied my item. Call them and one person tells you that Customs is waiting for a invoice for clearance. Call again today and now the next person says its still in customs..

I now wish to cancel my order as they are unable to tell me when i will receive my item, however according to them i have to pay a 15% restocking fee. Abo****ely ******* considering that they are the ones that arent able to complete the order.
