Unreliable service, products and communication channels.

I ordered a replacement camera for my phone based on the fact that the site said the turn around time would be 2 weeks.

Never received a tracking number so I tried to submit queries through the platform but after pressing submit these queires never reflected?!?! and there is no way of contacting them directly After my fourth attempt the query went through and they had 'forgotten' to ship the order, 3 months later. So they shipped it.

I received the order in July after ordering in April. And although it said "camera for Hauwei P30 lite/ Nova' The camera I received did not fit my P30 lite at all, it is way bigger and will never fit a P30 lite.

I then tried to submit another query, I uploaded photos. Query reflected that it had uploaded, logged on 4 days later. No query. RE submitted, Query showed it had loaded. Logged on today. NO QUERY reflecting!!!!!

How the hell does this business survive? They can't deliver a service AND they cant take queries. They can take your money through, but provide ZERO support or feedback there after?

Be careful. If you happy to take a fat chance go for it. but otherwise I wouldn't rely on Zasstra at all. Hence I think the reason they have no contact details....
