Trust the 1 star rating that Zasttra.com has

I've placed my order on the 15th then they didn't process my order, they dont respond to emails, they asked for proof of purchase and i've sent it 2 days ago. Today they cancel my order and say that i have not payed for my order. *** is this bull****. Trust all the bad reviews you read about them. They dont even reply to any mails that you send them. My order was 400rands and they dont even respond to pay me back or process my order.
