This company is a ****. Pathetic service. I ordered an item a few weeks ago - the website confirmed that it was in stock in Cape Town. I received confirmation of the order number #75848. I paid an extra amount of R250 for a courier delivery to Johannesburg. This order was urgent! Two weeks later an I have yet to receive the order. When I queried this via email, I received a response from Shaun Parker at Zasttra.com telling me to contact the third-party Seller directly at ***. A ***** "gmail" address. To date no response from the third-party email address and no further responses from Zasttra despite the numerous emails I have sent them. I have requested a full refund and if no refund is received in the next three days I will be taking legal action. These ******** need to be taught a lesson.
