Terrible Service - will NEVER buy from them again

<p>I placed my order on the 24th of January, and by today I have STILL not received it (today is 17th). Excuses for non delivery:</p> <p>"it will be delivered with 10-15 working days"</p> <p>"It is sitting in a box in th warehouse"</p> <p>"There was a chinese festival which delayed the order"</p> <p> </p> <p>The owner/manager is not even available to take calls - and expects an irate client to wait for feedback...</p> <p>What kind of operation are you running? Shocking service!</p> <p> </p>
