Terrible service period

<p>Made two orders. One was delivered to my post office instead of my door. Took them ages to give me the tracking number. The second order #24035 was ordered back in october 2016... Still haven't received any word from them on it. I have emailed several times. Feel like they are very unorganized.</p>
