Terrible Call Centre Service

<p>Hi have placed an order on the 13/01/2017, I should have reviewed this company before I buy.</p> <p>I normally buy at TakeaLot but they did not have what I wanted.</p> <p>I made a call 3 times and each time I felt like I was talking to someone on the other line who just woke up in the office, your agents don't show interest in the work they do yesterday 19/01/2017 I called and spoke to Ntombi -she showed no interest at all that I made an effort and called.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why in the hell hole will I receive an e-mail telling me I did not make a payment but I called on the 13th and the 16/01/2017 to confirm payment was received? Ntombi told Me I should ignore the no payment e-mail and when I ask when am I receiving the order she's speachless as if she's sleeping on the other line.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pray and hope my order will arrive as they said it takes within 14 to 15 day.</p>
