<p>Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 S View cover and it doesn't switch the phone on/off when you close it. The S View doesn't work at all, my phone keeps switching on and off automatically & intermittently.</p> <p>Battery life all of a sudden is shortened by half.</p> <p>The product doesn't fit properly and to rub salt & pepper into the wound they took several weeks to deliver that defective product.</p> <p>Delivery initially cost me R50 and the return would cost me an extra R99. So effectively, if they decide to refund me they would've made R99 on a defective product they'd just paddle on to another unaware customer.. </p> <p>If your product is defective, an honest to good retailer collects it at no cost replaces or refunds me no questions asked. Don't make it hard for me to return your junk products..</p> <p>They are just simply ********S</p>
