STAY AWAY FROM ZASSTRA!!!!

I would not even give this place 1 star!!!!! Worse online store I have ever bought from!!!! Firstly, I made an order very long ago.... I track my parcel and it says everything except where ir is!!!! So I contacted Zasstra on numerous occasions and they have NO customer service what so ever!!!! All they tell reply is with my tracking number....seriously???? You think I havent tried that????? It is like an automated machine responding to your emails, they are of no help at all!!! I have bought from many online stores and I am telling you now, if you want to ruin your shopping experience....buy from Zasstra.... it is a disaster!!!!!!!!! Unprofessional, very very bad!!!!
