Simply shocking. Beware.

Don't expect too much from Zasttra - they advertise goods that are not available. More than 2 weeks after I'd ordered, I had to write in to be told that the product was not available. Yet even now, nearly a week later, the product is still listed as available on their website.

To add insult to injury, I've been told I had to wait 7 - 10 business days for the money to be refunded. When I queried this, the feedback is that it's for "management approval" of the refund. Hard to believe, but true. This is the kind of business that gives e-commerce a bad name.
