********! Do Not Use Them!

I believe Zasttra Marketplace to be a ****. They have very slow customer service and are very unprofessional. And they will not abide by consumer law.

I bought a digital camera from them which was faulty. The screen was so bright, you cant see what you are doing with it. Their customer service is awful and slow. I requested a refund and they want me to return the item to the seller in China, with no mention of a refund and they will not pay for shipping, which is in breach of the ACCC.

When I was trying to resolve the problem with them, the manufacturer did not even seem to understand their own product, which leads me to suspect that they are probably selling ****** goods.
