Pathetic company. I have ordered an item from them and it was supposed to be delivered after 2-5 days. After more than a week still no word from them. Queries are simply not answered. From other reviews it looks like like this is the normal operating practice for this company. I do not put high hopes on receiving an answer from them as they have not answered any other query.
