Absolutely pathetic!

I ordered items on 26/06/2020, it updated to "shipped" status on 29/06/2020.

Ever since then, I have not received any waybill / tracking number or any updates

I selected the 5-10 day shipping, which was ridiculously expensive as well, and my order has still not arrived.

I want a refund!
