Returns not easy

<p>I ordered two items last week and once receiving the items I found they didn't work as well as mentioned the following day I submitted a refund request on the 9th of September and still waiting for a response. Not happy with this service. Will never use this company again I'd rather stick to takealot way better service.</p>

So now I have to pay R99 for the items to be collected too.... Never again. Pls advise when this would be collected and what reference number to use....
