Returns and Refunds

<p>The item was returned almost a month ago and I'm still waiting to be refunded. Also I requested the refund to my bank account, but on the website it shows I requested a shop credit note, unacceptable!!</p> <p>There is absolutely no response from Zasttra whatsoever, very disappointing!! Refund to by bank account please!!!!!!!!!!</p>
