Return refused

We ordered a fitness bracelet from Zasttra Online.. Payed extra for next day delivery, goods was only receive 22 days later. Looked like someone played soccer with the package. The bracelet was not all that it was made out to be. It could not sync properly as advertised. I asked to Return it, the request was accepted at a additional R100 courier. This item was back by them with in 6 working days. After another 6 days the send me a mail to say Zasttra does not except the condition of the box and will not refund the bracelet, please pay R100 courier fee to receive you unwanted bracelet back.<br> This was their answer when I queried the refund: Hello Sune Smith,<br> We do not have free returns for regular items at this time.Your returned item was rejected because it had food stains on the contents inside the box. Due to this, we could not accept this as a new returned item as it is no longer resellable. <br> Is the guarantee on the item or on the packaging then? <br> So this is their answer. Food stains on the pamphlet with no prove where it comes from. Nothing wrong with the item returned. That was admitted by them.<br> They can't even spell my name correct directly from the post! Be ashamed Zasttra.
