Really poor service

Ordered goods - delivery was supposed to be the 15th of Dec. After numerous emails and calls from my side, I was eventually informed of the delays post the delivery deadline.

After the 15th of Dec, I asked to have my delivery address changes, which was confirmed. Long story short the delivery address was never changed until I had to follow up again on 27 Dec.

My good was finally delivered on 28 Dec 2018.

Communication and support is horrible! Rather order somewhere else
