Product not matching specs and will not take back

ORDER NUMBER: 6722<br> Product ordered: 25 February 2015<br> <br> I purchased the Kalaideng Unique Series PU Leather Wallet Stand Case For Apple iPhone 5 / 5S.<br> The product description states it has card slots on the inside of the case. On receiving it, there are none.<br> <br> I discovered this when I gave it as a gift on the 21st of March. I contacted the supplier on the 21st of March and received a response on the 23rd asking me for an image. I sent through images of both the inside and outside of the case showing it was not what was advertised on the website.<br> <br> After this Wale from [URL Removed] said the product image matched their site and that it was outside the return time of 24 hours, and would not take the goods back.<br> <br> I informed him I only received the goods on the 18th due to the SA Postoffice routing the parcel incorrectly and according to the South Africa's Consumer Protection Act they would be obliged to replace the item with the correct product or refund the purchase.<br> <br> The response I received is as below<br> <br> \Hi Aiden
