Por customer service , delivery not arrived

<p>i recently placed a order on zasttra.com of a few THOUSAND rand which i havent recieved, i understand that there has been quite a few public holidays during this period so iv been reasonably patient. i tried contacting them via there 'ticket email' to find out whats happening with my order. no response. iv then tried their 'call centre' number to which im put on a continuos loop of "your call is first in line" "there are no available agents" etc. i find it doubtful that i can be first in line every time i call and iv waited ten minutes on the last call which cost me an addition R30 in airtime. This will be the last time i use this site. i want my order or my money back.</p>
