Poor Service. Not trustworthy.

Ordered a jacket on30 August 2018. Beginning January 2019 I inquired about my order. Zasttra told me that my order has been cancelled due to "no stock". They then wanted to provide me with a gift card for the amount, which was R689.99. I do not want a gift card. I want my money back. They now do not respond to my e-mail.
