Poor service from Zasttra

Ordered a product back in December 2018, paid for it as requested and STILL have not received it. Called Zasttra more than once about it and a through the phone and emails, was told it had been delivered to Cresta Post Office.

Well, I've been to the post office four times, Zasttra, and can GUARANTEE you my product is not there. My last two calls to the helpline put me on hold for 20 minutes!!! without reply. Disgusting and shameful service.

Don't wish this frustration on anyone so I'd warn prospective online shoppers to go elsewhere so that they get their time and monies worth.
