Poor service and no refund

I have bought shoes from zastra,I paid for them and everything was processed.after a week I got an email saying the supply doesn't have the shoes.ok fine I picked another pairs of shoes.24hrs later another email,same story then I said ok give me my money back.the told me to send banking details,which I did.They said the refund take 48 working hours.i waited patiently because they didn't deliver as agreed n this is my hard earned money. It's been now 8 working days,I have called endlessly,send many emails and all my efforts are still in vain.

Zastra is a disappointment to the shopping online industry I South Africa.how can they de***** someone who is in SA...?I have gone the legal route now,I will find them n they will even pay my legal fees. DONT SHOP AT ZASTRA THEY ARE ******** N THEY DON'T TAKE US THEIR CUSTUMERS SERIOUSLY.YOU WILL GET A GUY CALLED EMIHLE WHO SAYS HE IS A MANAGER PRIOR TO PURCHASING AND HE WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST SERVICE TO LOO U BUT COME REFUND TIME EMIHLE IS NOW WHERE TO BE FOUND.
