Pathetic Customer service. Non delivery of paid items.

I did a purchase with Zastra on 8 Feb 2018. All items were listed as 10-15 days dispatch, thereafter 1-3 days delivery. I have since been receiving emails stating a delay at customs. None of the items were listed as international shipping items. I keep getting a generic copy and paste reply from an *********** consultant named Greg Ndlovu stating that "Delivery was not promised in 10-15 working days but is the dispatching of your parcel." & "Forced cancellations will incur a 15% restocking charge." Yet, this person does not address simple questions such as the estimated delivery date.
