Pathetic Customer Service

<p>I recently purchased a drone through this company. They came back to me after a month only to tell me that they cannot deliver the item. They then asked for my banking details to refund me to which I rep****. they contacted me to verify whether I was interested in another product to which I rep**** in the negative (after going back and forth). I then advised to have my money refunded and to date have not heard from them. </p>
