Paid but order never came!!!

I placed an order and paid on the 14th of February 2019, and till now (1 July 2019) , almost six months later has not gotten my order. I have sent multiple emails, went onto their facebook page and left messages, tried to phone but the automated message just keep telling you that you are now first in line and the next operator will take your call, but it is just not taken. This is by far the worst service ever. It really seems they just do not care once they receive your money. And even thought I asked in one of the emails to please just refund me if they dont have the items in stock even that is not happening!
