Orders not delivered! Is this a **** online store???

<p>I placed orders 27918, 27233 and 27224 in November 2016. When I ordered there was a advert on the site saying the goods will be delevered after 1 to 3 days. But up to now, nothing has been delivered. I wanted to use the items over Christmas and its now after Christmas those goods have not been delivered. I have tried to track these items and since November 2016 there is a status saying 'in transit'. The other order 27918 still does not have any tracking number meaning it has not even been dispatched. I want my money back or the items ordered. Why is Zasttra misleading people when they say the items will be delivered in 1 to 3 days and they do not deliver? I regret ever using this site as they seem like its a *****ed online store. </p>
