Order Paid for but never delivered.

On the 4th of Jan 2016 I place an order for something I needed to fix my car. I needed the item very urgently, Zasttra said on their product information that the order would take between 1 to 3 days to be delivered. After 7 days I wrote an email enquiring about the whereabouts of my oder. A person by the name of Ashby Mushar Ingatestone responded asking me to confirm my addresses and cellphone numbers, I confirmed the details. That is the last time I hear from this company, I tried to track my oder via their website but it only says in transit, I have since sent countless emails to Ashly and to Zasttra but they just ignore me, I have called their numbers but they never answer. I read many reviews here on Hello Peter and to be honest I don't think this company should be in business, it's is like they **** people and they know they can get away with it. They have a bad cluster relations and a bad attitude. I will never do any business with them and will discourage everyone I know to do any business with them also.
