Order paid 18 December 2015 still not received

Hi<br> <br> I've placed and paid for an order on 18 December 2015. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for one of my children. The order was telephonically confirmed on 21 December 2015, and delivery promised by the latest 23 December 2015. Needless to say, I had to rush to the shops during the afternoon of the 24th to buy a replacement present - Thank you Zasstra<br> <br> Up to date I still have not received the order, on 4 January 2016 was again promised feedback as well as delivery on the 5th. Still nothing - no feedback - no order received<br> <br> Please be warned - NEVER buy something from Zasstra - it seems as if they are ********
