Order not Fulfilled and No Refund
I ordered the Household Stainless Steel Manual Pasta Machine Hand Pressure Noodle Machine Noodle Maker With 5 Models on 5 March 2019. I was told it will take 6 weeks to be delivered. After the period I contacted Zasttra but got no response. I saw on 17 Aug 2019 when I logged into the Zasttra account that the order was cancelled on Order Cancelled on June 16, 2019 08:09PM yet I received no refund. What is happening as I need the R252.99 refunded.

12 Nov 2019, 14:42What a pathetic excuse to not refund a customer which is *******. This store comes up with all kind of excuses and do not take your calls or respond to your emails.
The 7 Day Super Safe Money-Back Guarantee does not apply when an ordered item takes 6 weeks to arrive at the customer. I was told to wait 6 weeks before making inquiries. This process is flawed and its ******* to charge a 100% admin fee for a failed order. No till slip received as no physical product was purchased as it was ordered online with delivery date of 6 weeks.
I will escalate to the Consumer Tribunal for a ruling on the matter. I will also get legal advice on the matter for a civil lawsuit for pain and suffering.
