Order not delivered/No customer service/No tracking number

<p> I ordered an Electric hair brush straigtener (Order no. 20754) on 8 August. I still have not received my order and no tracking number is provided on the Xsttra website. If you call the so-called customer service line, the voice says you are first in line, then the operator is busy, the the voice says the person at extension so and so cannot receive more messages and then the line goes dead.</p> <p>Sent them an e-mail twice and had not response.</p> <p>Very poor service, they can go and learn from Takealot what customer service means. I will not advise anybody to order anything from Zasttra!!!</p>
