Order 23068 - ******* artists do not deal with them

<p>We ordered a product, we paid for it, they delivered it, product was defective and we reported it within 2 days of receiving it. We have requested a refund and they continually refuse to do this quoting the CPA as their excuse even they clearly do not even understad what they are saying as we have comp**** fully with the CPA. They do not even even to replace the defective product -which we would never do now anyway - they basically say we have to keep the defective product.</p> <p>Do not order from them as you will surely be **********.</p>
