Online Shopping - ****** Beginner's Luck

<p>To begin with I am not exactly the most confident internet shoppper. In fact, I never order anything. And Zasttro has made me remember why. I waited to order an item that was shown as in stock and went through the whole process to ensure that I get the correct item. Apparently, they take 1 -3 days to deliver which is great because I needed this item for work engagement (Hair extensions) on the 17th and I have ample time to test them out at the hair dresser and so on. AFTER I have paid they email me to say that they do not have the item in stock and ask if I would like a refund or credit on my account. Now I cannot express my disappointment at this mistake as I see that refunds are difficult to get and credit doesn't help me if I cannot order a similar item in case that is out of stock too. Between those two issues I now KNOW that I will not be able to get my extensions before my work function as by the time they have refunded me, IF they refund me I will not have time to re-order the same extensions from an alternative site - Not that I want to NOW. I would have thought they would at least update their site as opposed to taking your money for something that you will not get. Rather skip Zasttro. They will break your internet shopping virginity and leave you feeling sad, poor and ugly without your hair extensions or the money you were willing to spend on them. </p>
