Not Happy With Zasttra!

I have ordered an item on Zasttra on the 4th of October 2020. After not receiving anything by the 24th of November 2020, and after numerous attempts to contact the seller I contacted Zasttra directly who advise that the issue should be directed to the (3rd party) seller. I received an email from Zasttra on the 7th of December 2020 stating that there is no stock and that I will be refunded by means of "My Wallet", or if I so wish the funds can be transferred to my bank account. Today is the 4th of January 2021 and Zasttra had not responded to any of the three emails I sent to them, requesting a refund, and I am still looking for my money! This type of business scares customers away and I would recommend anyone to stay away! You will waste your money, time and breath on top of loosing your temper.
