NO RESPONSE TO COMMUNICATION

Negative. I had someone bring to my attention that Zasstra is selling my product. Went online to see they are using my photographs as well as the name PoolPillow which is Trade Marked. I have tried contacting them on ever possible, platform, asking for a name and a number to speak with someone. The only comment i have received is please send your TM certificate which I have done but they do not take the add or the product down. they simply ignore me. There is no way of me getting hold of them, so how do I take the matter further. Can anyone shed some light on the situation
