No refund when Zasttra does not deliver!!!

<p>When Zasttra does not deliver, or delivers incomplete and damaged goods, then the CUSTOMER must pay for the return of the goods to Zasttra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>They claim "FREE DELIVERY" of all goods, but you still have to pay the delivery of your goods and when it turns out to be incomplete and damaged, then you ALSO have to pay for the return!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Further than this, I waited for goods to be delivered and when it did not come, I had to phone and try and find out why it was not delivered as promised. THEN ONLY did zasttra inform me that they have no stock and will refund me.......WEEKS AFTER THIS, AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>When I made my upfront payment, they had more than enough stoc**** So how is this possible?</p> <p>They are ***** and *******......(they keep the money owing to me and they are not refunding me, so that makes them being in possession of my money *******ly, which is th esame as theft)</p>
