NO DELVERY

<p>I ordered items online as a gift on the 05-11-2016. </p> <p>When I enquired as to the delivery on the 19-11-2016 I was informed by Sbonelo Mbambo that it could take up to 8 weeks. After 7 weeks of waiting I enquired (21-12-2016) as to when my package will arrive as the tracking of the parcel had not been updated Siphelele Biyela told me that I would receive my package no later than the 7th of February. Needless I was very upset as no all of a sudden delivery had changed from 8 weeks to 12 weeks! Siphelele Biyela then gave the excuse that the parcel was sitting at customs. I had ordered a package from overseas after my Zasttra order and received it within 7 days, so I highly doubt that my package is sitting at customs. I threatened them with a HelloPeter review if I could not get a definite answer as to when I would receive my package. Siphelele then state that I would receive the one item of my order no later than the 8th January and the other item no later than the 7th of February. I do not even know why my order is split into two separate packages? On the 9th of January my package had STILL NOT ARRIVED. When I enquired as to the status of my delivery I was just asked for my bank details for a refund, no explanation was even given as to where my packaged is. I have yet to receive my order or the refund. I am HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED with the service I received. I will never buy anything on Zasttra again and will not recommend it to anyone I know.</p> <p>I just want my order, but no can be bothered to help me. This was a birthday present ordered which I couldn’t even give to the person</p>
