No Delivery No feedback No response

Hi<br> I ordered a Huawei cell phone worth thousands on 15 Feb. but no delivery. Order #14554<br> The Order confirmation email actually states: Shipping method(s): Courier door to door (1 to 3 days) <br> Although I believe the product info said 10-15 working days. That in itself is conflicting info<br> However, my complaint is that I have not received it in time and after several attempts to contact them, I have still not had any reply from them. They don't answer their only phone number, tried on different days, different times. They don't respond to email nor the contact App or facility on their website<br> The info from the tracking service on their site is also useless<br> <br> It has now been 30 days!! <br> The ultimate would be if they now come out and say that there's no stock. (Especially since 18 hours after my order they published a special on the exact product for R600 less and wasn't willing to change my order for the special.) Or perhaps they'll blame their supplier for whatever the issue is. I now think it's a risk to buy from a middle man like Zasttra<br> <br> Luckily, Hello Peter comes up when you google Zasttra. I've never resorted to Hello Peter before, but I have no other recourse<br> <br> Be warned
