No Delivery - No Feedback

I ordered a coiled hose from Zasttra on the 06/01/2016, the site advises that my order will take 1-3 days. After 3 days I was advised that I would received my order on Monday morning (11/01/2016). I never received it so called back during the course of the week only to be told that it would arrive the next day, it didn't. I have called 6 times over the passed 3 weeks and have been told each time by Ashley that she would call me right back, she still hasn't and I am still calling and still in the dark about where my delivery is and the tracking system on Zasttra still says that my tracking is not registered. I have now tried calling today at least 4 times and there is no answer. After seeing other complaints on this site, how can it be allowed that this company can take your money and not deliver your product??? This is the most disgusting service I have ever received!<br>
