My worst online experience

My father bought me a U80 smar****ch for about R500 from them. It was decent for a budget watch. I ran the sleep monitor, but the battery did not last an entire sleep cycle. I nevertheless ignored that. When I started using the watch it didn't give me any notifications until i opened the btnotification application. I even ignored that since it's a budget watch. It's possible that it doesn't support background application. Later I find out that a friend has the exact same watch and it's battery lasts the entire sleep cycle and he doesn't need to open the btnotification application every time he wants to see an application. So i contacted Zasstra and a few days later they told me to send it back to them. I paid R300 to get it sent to them through the place they told us to. A few days later they said they couldn't find any defects an I have to pay R70. So I told them about the sleep monitor and notifications. They still didn't find the fault so my father paid the R70 bucks and they are going to send the product back. I've bought from a lot of places online (takealot, evetech, rebelm comx) and not a single one of them gave me problems. Makes me doubt the capability of their technicians
